Fill holes in matrix.

Input:
[[0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0],

[0, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 0], [0, 1, 0, 0, 0, 1, 0], [0, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 0], [0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0]]

Output:
[[0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0],

[0, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 0], [0, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 0], [0, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 0], [0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0]]

The output mask that has been filled.
